After an update today the screen wouldn't render properly. Found the following article on stack overflow: https://www.reddit.com/r/Crostini/comments/171r6bv/visual_code_studio_screen_just_black/ Suggests launching with code --disable-gpu which seems to have done the job. I also updated the core.desktop file under /usr/share/applications so the launch icon works as expected
Work in progress, will report back after trying for the first time Update: It's perfect. If I was going outlandish I'd maybe add a bit more brandy and then butter to get it closer to an actual brandy butter but more than happy with how this turned out

This worked surprisingly well. It rose super fast and I should have turned down the oven a lot sooner as it cracked during the long bake but it held its shape really well and was proper tasty.
