Made these on pancake day and they were leagues better than any of the old floury shiz ones I've had in the past. Never looking back!

Makes about 5 pancakes / enough for 1 hungry adult
You can make the batter ahead of time but keep back the melted butter and whisk it in when you're ready to cook them.
For savoury I filled with garlic mushroom, creamed spinach, brie and topped with a fried egg.
