Started with underbelly's Vegan Icecream recipe then added cocoa powder to the base and a mix-in of peanut better and coconut oil. Pretty damn good!

To start with I used all sucrose but it was pretty hard from the freezer so switched out for 50% dextrose to push the freezing point down.
Follow up: I don't like the amount of stabilizer and find it a bit slimy. Will look at which one to reduce
