Waffles

Lost a really good recipe a while ago, tried this today and it’s good enough, added a bit more fluid and it was grand.

Not massively sweet so add more sugar if that’s your jam. Fairly sure it’s a recipe for 2 people

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 tablespoons white sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Converted to Metric

• 250g all-purpose flour
• 480ml milk
• 25g white sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 30ml vegetable oil
• 8g baking powder
• 5-6g salt
